Busy day, but much better. After work I bought a down jacket and 2 pair of fleece lined pants, that were outrageously expensive, but they keep me warm and they fit. It had to happen. Cory, Mary and I went to see Andy and Denise's new place in Elora, and even though it was late when I dropped them both off, I went for my walk and will do a few stretches. No time for more, but things are back in perspective, and that's probably the fastest I've ever fixed that!
