My eating is better during that day, since we aren't cooking food all day at school. The evenings continue to be a struggle, especially later. I actually considered getting out of bed to eat cereal last evening, after I had already eaten for a hour before going to bed.
I'm hanging my size 26 pants in the kitchen this morning.
I made a plan to give both the dogs haircuts after supper tonight, and I bought a new ebook for after.
Tomorrow I'm going to the pool to see what I can do without getting my hand wet.
I would appreciate any other suggestions and / or support, and I promise to keep doing my best.
Thanks for rain. Thanks for kids and dogs. Thanks for sausages on the barbecue.
Love, elly
If the cut is just on your fingers, they make special little condom type things for that. The girls wear them at work when they cut their fingers but still have to handle food and do dishes.

Yah, what John said.
ReplyDeleteAlso, since you asked, don't eat sausages. Or do eat them, but then no cereal...morning or night!

And size 26 sounds pretty good to me! I wear 32. Maybe women measure things in their own special lingo, which has no connection to the real world?

As John said, there are things that will cover your finger. I often used a plastic bag over my whole hand and secured it with an elastic band around my wrist. Keep on being strong! (I still have a pair of 2X pants to remind me that I haven't always been a size 14, and that getting here is a struggle that I don't want to repeat. )

Thanks for the blame! I blame the hedge trimmer and the operator who can miraculously squeeze the button and hold the handle AND almost manage to get their finger cut off!!! I still love you and I'm glad you have hope - it's a tough bumpy road you are going down and I think reminding yourself of where you want to be and where you don't want to be is a good start. I also think you should start tracking your food again and count your calories EVEN if you go over calorie intake at least you have marked it down and can make adjustments. We Love you forever and always Elly!!
