I am so fortunate that I love my job. I love the staff and students we work with; they're such great pe. Sometimes it's messy, and that's ok too. It makes me feel normal!
I finished a hat for Madilynne today and started on Adrian's Christmas hat he asked for. Life is good...
I'm feeling stronger every day as far as my resolve to keep addressing my addiction to food. Today, I won. That's all I could ever hope for.

I was gonna ask for a scarf, but quickly realized that if I did so, you would probably make me one. And that would all be fine of course, if I actually wanted a scarf....which I don't.
ReplyDeleteI am quite happy anyway, just knowing that you're making stuff for all my "great" nieces and nephews.
Or maybe it's a freudian thing. I remember a pair of mittens that Mom made me during one of her convalescent periods, that I absolutely abhorred. I think I got teased once by one of the "town" kids and after that I just froze my hands off. Today of course I would cherish them! Not the town kids....the mittens :)
Love you.
