I weighed in at the Y yesterday at 209 lbs.
I had a little anxiety adjusting to the change in routine but then got to spend some time with Emily, celebrating her 10th birthday!
Today I got some of my Christmas sewing done, got a haircut, had a massage and got to spend some time with Tim, celebrating his 34th birthday!
I'm continuing to feel better, eat well, walk, swim, and I think the quality of my sleep is even improving...it must be Christmas!

Lots of special birthdays this month! Glad you are surrounded my family, love and light! You are definitely going in the right direction. One foot in front of the other and soon you'll be walking out that 'challenge'!

So does that mean you lost 6 pounds in 8 days? Obviously if you did, it wasn't fat. More likely that's an accurate weight, and last weeks 214 was bogus.
ReplyDeleteYou must have a propensity for retaining fluids, and as such I wonder if the weekly weigh in may be counterproductive. I can't help but think that the 214 number affected you negatively in your current "fragile" state. You may actually be better off weighting yourself every day and graphing the numbers, or the alternative, to weigh only once a month but then for 3 or 4 days in succession to get an average. Just thinking.....like I do of you every day!!
