I'm going ahead with a formal complaint about the woman at work.
I've booked an appointment to talk to someone through our EAP.
I'm still here and right now that's all I've got.

Yes, do talk to someone about this. It is a form a verbal abuse and no one should have to tolerate this. Continue to talk to family and friends too. Get it off your shoulders for awhile. so you can focus on gettting back on track. Call me anytime! I'm working today and will be unable to answer phone, but please after 4:00 I'm all ears!
